I teach. I am among the best in my field... an Irreplaceable.

How do you achieve (such amazing!) results in the classroom?

Striving to teach students to believe in themselves,so they may also achieve for themselves. Therefore quitting is never an option.

What advice can you offer to new teachers starting out?

It is important to teach students that it’s ok not to be able to master the skills on the first attempt or even the second attempt. What is important is to never stop trying regardless of how many attempts it may take to master the skills.

What one thing you would most want your students to remember about you?

I set out each day striving to reach as many children as I possibly can, and have a positive impact on all of the students. Every child I help makes it worth my time as an educator.

What one thing would you most want your fellow teachers to know about you?

Every child is worth teaching, because every child can learn. They may learn at a different pace, or by using different methods. Student will continue to learn as long as we the educators continue to teach. “This is my goal as a Teacher, and my reward as an Educator.”

My favorite quote, and why?

Like a great philosopher once said, “Our greatest glory is not in falling, but in rising every time we fall.” -- Confucius He is saying no matter how many times we may fail at something. We should never give up, never stop trying, or ever quit.
